Radon, Lead, Mold, Asbestos, & WDI is a free two-hour Real Estate Continuing Education Course taught virtually, or in-person, by ASHI Certified Home, Commercial and Environmental Inspector, James Jones, owner of Home & Commercial Inspections LLC. This continuing education course has been designed for real estate agents who want to better serve their clients by understanding the hidden dangers in homes such as mold, radon, insect damage, asbestos, and lead-based paint that too often go undetected.
