Meet Charles Wooden

Certified Home Inspector

Credentials: License Number: OHI.2019006681

As a Licensed Home Inspector, I’m passionate about helping homeowners make informed decisions. I completed my training through Hondros Real Estate College, where I specialized in inspecting everything from structural systems to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components. I also hold a Commercial Drone Pilot license, which allows me to inspect hard-to-reach areas like roofs with precision and efficiency. My goal is to provide thorough, reliable inspections so you can feel confident in your investment.
I grew up surrounded by the construction and real estate industries—my family includes a third-generation builder and a real estate agent with 34 years of experience. From a young age, I worked as a construction apprentice and real estate assistant, which gave me early exposure to the world of homes and construction. This background laid the foundation for my passion for helping people find safe, secure homes.
Before becoming a home inspector, I served six years in the Army National Guard as an Artillery Fire Control Specialist. I reached the top of my class and earned a leadership medal. My time in the Guard taught me the importance of detail and safety, qualities I carry into every inspection. I’m always ready to go above and beyond to ensure my clients have all the information they need.
In addition to my work in home inspection, I have experience in construction and security, which gives me a broad perspective on how systems work together in a home. Whether it’s a small issue or a major concern, I’m committed to uncovering potential problems and providing you with clear, actionable insights.
When I’m not inspecting homes, I enjoy spending time with family, learning new skills, and staying involved in the construction industry. I’m excited to use my experience and dedication to help you find the perfect home for you and your family.
