Inspections, LLC. I had the opportunity to work with both Matthew and Greg on the residential side. Both inspectors were an absolute wealth of knowledge, and you can tell just by talking to them that they really enjoy their work. What impressed me most and where I feel these guys go above and beyond, is when they took the time to explain - in a very conversational and easy to understand way - simple maintenance tasks to help us get the most life out of every mechanical in the house, from the HVAC to the garage door opener. My only regret is that we didn't use them for the previous 3 house purchases. Seriously, at the time I'm writing this they have  a 5.0 star rating. Call them.

Well, there's a reason there are so many 5 star reviews. Matt was my inspector, super professional and knowledgeable young man. Took his time and was very thorough and also didn't get annoyed as I followed him around and asked him 1,000 annoying questions. Report came back same day and was excellent. Great value, easy communication and scheduling. Top notch company.

James performed an inspection on a home we are in contract to purchase. He did a very thorough job but also spent time explaining any concerns he saw and what I could do to make improvements. He also took the time to show me how to operate the heat pump heating system as I have never owned one before. Overall, it was as great experience and they exceeded expectations.

My wife and I had a lot of apprehension about getting the right house before our inspection. We had looked at a number of houses and watched as most of them departed the competitive central Ohio market within days or even hours. We had finally settled on a house that felt like a perfect fit for us but couldn't quite shake the feeling that the pressure of closing on the house might have been clouding our judgement in regards to the true condition of the house. As the largest financial transaction of our lives thus far, we wanted to make sure that we got the right house the first time. We were lucky to have Mr. Jones to assist us with our home inspection.

The entire inspection was exhaustive. No stone (or outlet, or valve knob, or ceiling tile) was left unturned. We went through the house from top to bottom, interior and exterior, over the span of two short hours. On the other side of those two hours, however, we came out feeling empowered and informed about the house we were looking at. Mr. Jones was patient and conscientious of our experience level but never spoke down to us. In such a competitive market, the true value of any given service can sometimes be lost in the endless signing of paperwork and box-checking. We felt like the time we had spent during the inspection was worth far more than what we had paid for and, as we did end up purchasing the house, that the value would continue to be reaped as long as we maintain ownership of the property.

I had a home inspection with Home Inspections and met Greg at my prospective property, he was very welcoming from the start... which is a good sign! Greg took the time to explain terminology, how things worked, how much time certain maintenance should take, he was honest and very thorough and let me ask A LOT of question (he actually encouraged it). Greg delivered the report on time and full of details which helped me make the decision of a lifetime, it’s a pretty big investment! I am a first time homebuyer and needed my inspection done. I emailed a few companies that my realtor suggested for quotes after hours and Greg responded super fast with a quote. It happened to be the cheapest, so I scheduled the next day. Although I never met Greg in person (I wasn't required to be at the property during the inspection) he emailed me the inspection report extremely quickly (within like 5 hours of the inspection, I expected 24-48) and it was very thorough. I even asked some questions of him (again after hours) and he responded quickly. I loved that even though his was the cheapest, the inspection didn't lack in quality or depth, and Greg was very helpful and responsive. I'd definitely recommend them for your home inspection!

We had a home inspection with termite addition completed on a home we are in contract on. This will be our third home but first time using Home & Commercial Inspections, LLC. I could not be happier with Greg and the service he provided. One of the friendliest most knowledgeable guys I have come across. He took the time to answer a ton of questions we had as well as walk us through everything on the report he pointed out could be improved. He didn't stop there! He explained a few tricks to help prolong the life of all the mechanicals plus a few extra parts of the house. You could tell he was passionate and happy with his job and working for this company. That's rare to find these days. We were nervous because we waived remediation but he made us feel so much better and gave us pointers on improvements we had in mind for the future and helped us make a list of the most important things to fix from his report first. We would definitely recommend this company and Greg to anyone else we know buying and if we happen to need services again will be repeat customers.

Greg Turner completed an inspection on a home and barn for us. This is the second time I have used Home Inspections LLC and I would absolutely use them again. Home Inspections LLC was amazing! They were fairly priced, and the only company who was able to work with us on scheduling to get our inspection done within our deadline. The inspector was not only very thorough, but also very kind and patient and answered any questions we had along the way.
